BOOKING SEASONS – RATES

During the peak summer season, public holidays and school holidays the entire house is available for large groups (upto 15 guests) to book.

During the Winter Season, bookings are accepted for smaller groups say 6 people and they are accommodated in the ground floor bedrooms, 1 x QS and 4 x bunk beds and 1 x trundle. The day rate for the winter months are considerably less than Peak Season Summer  Rates (i.e. 50%).

ENTIRE HOUSE

SUMMER SEASON            December to February

Rates from $550/ night

• Week days Minimum 3 nights
• Weekends    Minimum 2 nights
• Long Weekends Minimum 3 nights
• School holidays Minimum 5 nights

SHOULDER SEASON           March to April

Rates from $450/night

• Week days Minimum 3 nights
• Weekends    Minimum 2 nights
• Long Weekends Minimum 3 nights
• School holidays Minimum 5 nights

WINTER SEASON              May to August

Rates from $400/night

• Week days Minimum 3 nights  …………………Alternatively Ground Floor only $350/night
• Weekends    Minimum 2 nights
• Long Weekends Minimum 3 nights
• School Holidays Minimum 5 nights

SHOULDER SEASON        September to November

Rates from $450/night

• Week days Minimum 3 nights
• Weekends    Minimum 2 nights
